 Malam Abduljabbar ya soma warwara kan kunshin tuhuma ta 3 da ake masa a gaban kotu.

A safiyar yau ne aka ci-gaba da sauraren Shari'ar Malamin Addinin Musuluncin nan Sheikh Abduljabbar Kabara wanda aka gurfanar dashi a gaban kotun shari'ar Muslunci dake zaman ta a kofar kudu bisa zargin kalaman É“atanci da tunzuri. 


Kamar yadda ya gaba a zaman da ya shude, Malamin zai cigaba da kariya ne bisa kunshin tuhumar da aka gabatar a kotu inda a yau ya soma warwara akan tuhuma ta 3.


Malamin ya fara da cewa da dukkan alamu waÉ—anda sukai wannan tuhuma akan sa basu san ma'anar fyaÉ—e ba, domin dukkan shedun da aka gabatar basu iya bashi amsar ma'anar fyaÉ—e da auren dole ba, kuma a bayanan su suna kokarin tabbatarwa da abubuwan da yake korewa Annabi SAWA ne. 


Game da batun cewa khususiyya ne ga Annabi SAWA ya auri mace ba tare da sadaki, waliyyi, shedu, yardar ta ko ta iyayen ta, da kuma baiko ba, Malamin ya ja dogon numfashi akai inda ya bayyana cewa babu wata hujja daga Annabi da ta bayyana haka. Ya bayyana cewa masu fadin haka sun sami wannan ne daga wani mutum da ake kira Sa'id Bnl Musayyib wanda aka haife shi shekaru biyar bayan wafatin Manzon Allah SAWA.


Ya kara da cewa batun cewa an halattawa Annabi aure ba waliyyi ba sadaki kuma fadar Qatada ce, shima an haife shi ne bayan wafatin Annabi da sama da shekara 40. Ya kafa hujja da littafin Ahkamul Qur'an na Ibnl Arabi Juzu'i na 3 shafi 577. 


Game da batun auren Nana Safiyyah, Malamin ya bayyana cewa gaba daya ma ruwayar da ya ke korewa kirkirarriya ce, kuma suma kansu malaman sun tabbatar kirkirarriya ce. Ya bayyana cewa wajen da sheda na farko ya kawo cewa an tare da Nana Safiyyah wato (Saddur Rawha) kirkirarren waje ne da babu shi a duniya. Ya kafa hujja da littafin Mu'ujamul Buldan na Yaƙutur Rumi cewa babu waje da yake da wannan suna, inda aka canzawa suna shine (Fajjul Rawha), shi kuma yana hanyar komawa Makkah ne daga Madina, ba a hanyar Khaibara bane zuwa Madina.


Malamin ya kuma kawo cewa Hadisin auren Nana Safiyya na hakika ya zo cikin littafan hadisi da dama tare da bayanin yadda ya faru saÉ“anin ruwayar da shi Malamin yake korewa ta Bukhari da Muslim. Kuma Annabi SAWA ya bada sadakin auren ta, anyi baiko, an kuma daura aure kamar yadda Shari'a ta shardanta. 


Daga hujjojin da ya kawo dan tabbatar da hakan, Malam Abduljabbar ya kawo hadisin da Abi Ya'ala ya kawo cikin Musnad din sa, Juzu'i na 6, shafi na 170, Tarjama ta 7125, yazo a cikin littattafin Usdul Gaaba Juzu'i na 7 shafi na 21, Attawbih Sharhin Bukhari Juzu'i na 25 shafi na 227, Dabaraniy cikin Mu'ujamul Kabir Mujalladi na 24 Shafi na 277, Tarikh Dimishqa na ibn Asakir Juzu'i na 4 shafi na 305, Umdatul Qari Juzu'i na 20 shafi na 15, baihaqi Juzu'i na 8 shafi na 209, Ibn Kathir cikin Albidaya wannihaya Juzu'i na 11 shafi na 213.


''Annabi SAWA ya ribaci Nana Safiyya a yakin Quraiza da Nadhir, ya yanta ta bayan ta musulunta, ya yi baiko da ita, ta amince, ya bata sadaki ya kuma aure ta.'' Fassarar matanin kenan daga bakin Malam Abduljabbar.
